Thrillers are like somewhat gentle horrors. They may contain horror or crime or mystery or other subgenres. They are exciting and suspenseful and often have that one lightbulb moment where everything you have read up to that moment comes together and suddenly everything makes sense. Thrillers are great books to read and often leave readers completely exhausted by the end of the book.
